چکیده
This report describes a patient with right-sided aortic arch, aberrant left subclavian artery and Kommerell diverticulum, who presented aneurysmal degeneration of the root to descending aorta, in addition an acute Type B 2-10 dissection. He underwent hybrid treatment valve-sparing replacement, transverse arch replacement reattachment right artery, bilateral common carotid arteries, thoracic endovascular aneurysm repair embolization bypass.
